With years of experience in online coaching, she brings a clear, no-fluff approach to fitness and nutrition. Her focus is on sustainable progress: tracking what matters, staying consistent, and building habits that stick.
At Mission Barbell Club, Samantha is an Adaptive and Inclusive trainer and coaches for the Adaptive Athletes in Motion (AAIM) program. Samantha brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to helping every athlete feel capable and confident!
